Workshop Renaissance of Azerbaijan cuisine by Jamil Huseynzade, the Chef

On February 26 the ShahGranat’s Chef held a workshop for Art Kitchen participants.

Jamil told about the history of the king of the Azerbaijani cuisine ShahPilaf, what holidays it is usually cooked for and the proper ways to serve it.

He demonstrated the cooking process and shared his secrets to the audience. While ShahPilaf was in the oven, Jamil, together with the audience, prepared the original salad called ShahGranat, and asked for its variations. The event turned out to be extremely tasty.

Two hours of the workshop passed quickly leaving pleasant emotions and delicious memories.
